You can create, write, and speak in Tongan using this sentence or phrase or clause structure. Start by placing the present sign of tense ‘oku before an adjective followed by  a prepositional phrase. For example: ‘Oku ma’a ‘a e peleti’. In English: The plate is clean. It is important to take note that the Tongan sentence has a prepositional phrase while the English version does not.
